Terms and Conditions

General Terms
  1. Hotel Check-in and check-out times cannot be adjusted from our end. Every hotel has its own check-in and check-out policies.
  2. For cruise journeys, clients should reach the jetty at least 1 hour before departure. If anyone misses the cruise due to delays, no refunds will be provided.
  3. If the balance of the holiday price is not paid on or before arrival, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and the cancellation charges will apply. The tour will not commence until the payment is completed.
  4. If any inclusions such as accommodation, meals, sightseeing, water sports, or transportation are missed or unused, no refund will be issued.
  5. In case Makruz, Green Ocean, Sea Link, Aashi, or Govt. Ferries are not operational due to bad weather, technical issues, or unavoidable reasons, we will make the best possible alternate arrangements based on availability. However, no refund claims will be entertained.
  6. If the Elephanta Island tour or Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail is closed unexpectedly due to administrative or weather conditions, we will arrange an alternate tour, but no refund will be provided.
  7. If there is an increase in charges/rates for hotels, food, boat tickets, or entry fees after booking, you will be informed, and the additional costs will need to be paid by you. The company will not bear these costs.
  8. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes will be made free of charge unless additional payment is made.
  9. Vehicles provided for the tour will follow the itinerary. Additional vehicle requests outside of the tour itinerary will only be entertained in case of emergency, subject to availability.
  10. If you wish to visit additional locations not included in the itinerary, you will need to pay extra costs for those visits.
  11. If you wish to upgrade your room category, the additional cost must be paid either to us or directly at the hotel upon arrival, depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
  1. In case of lockdown or if you test positive for COVID-19, you can reschedule the package for the next year. However, no refund will be provided, following hotel guidelines.
  2. No cancellations will be accepted during the months of December and January due to the peak season.
  3. For cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date, 60% of the deposit amount will be refunded after deducting the service charge of Pearl Andaman Tours & Travels.
  4. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, 40% of the deposit amount will be refunded after deducting the service charge of Pearl Andaman Tours & Travels.
  5. For cancellations made between 0 and 14 days before the travel date, no refund will be issued.
